Agrium Advanced Technologies Risk Management and Insurance Department provides the following Verifications of Insurance solely as a matter of courtesy for our customers. The Verifications of Insurance pages extend no liability to our insurers and issuance of these Verifications are provided strictly for information purposes as evidence of insurance coverages.
Commercial General Liability Insurance for Agrium Inc. and/or all affiliated, associated and subsidiary companies, or any subsidiary thereof for their respective rights and interest as now or hereafter constituted for which the Named Insured has management control or is responsible for the placement of insurance.

This Verification does not amend, extend or alter any coverage(s) as afforded by such policy(ies). Limits and coverages shown herein are provided for information purposes only and do not impose any legal obligation upon our insurers or Agrium and/or any of its affiliates and/or
subsidiaries.
The GL policy waives subrogation and/or provides Additional Insured coverage where either is agreed by contract, to the extent provided by the policy and by the contract.
